That's quite a commitment to reread my post!! Yes, life has a way of ramping us up when we try to keep up with the times, i.e. cyberspace. It's only one part of space, and a small one at that even though it may seem overwhelming.
Love this post! My summer will be a slow walk, if you will. I write "poems on the spot" at the local farmers market in my village every Thursday. I write and mediate in the mornings. I play golf and I try to walk as much as I can. The game is a kind of meditation if you play it right. And help my wife with her gardening. I'm the hole digger. And so, a slow go, it will be. Step by step. Thanks for reminding me that going slow is the best way to go.
I love the idea of pausing between seasons- being mindful and preparing.
Glad I can give you a new idea
Wonderful post, Dami, and so helpful to me now. I will reread each day as cyberspace spins out of my control. And I love the parable of the Ant.

All your small steps add up to a more conscious summer.
